getting ready for the expo
stocking and coat: our favourite weather! considering that it's late June it's not the sweetest. these days are made of working on the project and cooking all the way. especially because you cannot afford to survive with the only coffee and buttered things. but once you're waiting for the pdf to be saved, it's time to have some black-peppered scrambled eggs.
last weekend I went at Ania's to make some pierogi, kind of dumplings if you want, but filled with russet potatoes, onions and sour cream. there are different versions, actually. this is a very basic recipe, but quite nourishing - since my current nourishing food consists in rocket eaten directly from the bag, walking. and this happened two times so far. so, now thanks to this recipe I'll have something to store for a bit in my freezer.
this one up here, is another of my meals on the go. you know those ready-to-eat fruit salads? just add milk.
